VIC is the newly elected BCCI President for the Chamber Year 2021. As President, he serves as chief implementer of BCCI programs and represents BCCI in various official functions in public and private sectors.

President Vic advocates for the long term protection and development of Bulacan River as the proponent of Project Agos. He also introduced BCCI’s new organizational structure which now includes Industry Committees that focus on issues affecting certain business sectors like Agriculture, Tourism, Manufacturing, among others.

He is the owner of Marxton Construction, which started at the time the Build, Build, Build Projects of the government was launched four years ago. For him, their projects hope to complement the development goals of the government and the private sector by building structures at par with industry standards. Marxton Construction has a mission, to “help build the country”.

President Vic obtained his BS Commerce degree from UST and MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He also finished Master in National Security Administration and General Staff Course as scholar of the Department of National Defense.

Vic is a commissioned officer in the AFP Reserve Force. He belongs to Philippine Army where he had served as Commanding Officer of two Army Reserve Battalions during the last six years.

HIS HOPES FOR 2021:

“For this year, I hope more and more people worldwide will be vaccinated against Covid-19. For my business, I hope to get more projects so I can employ more construction workers and professionals, buy more supplies from vendors, pay more taxes to government, and earn good income to provide more for my family and community as well. For the province, I hope our local leaders and all stakeholders can get their acts together to prepare for the coming Manila International Airport Project so that more and more Bulakenos will benefit from the project in terms of jobs and market opportunities. “
