Do you know who is the Meralco meter reader in your neighborhood? The accredited computerized meter reader contractor of Meralco in Bulacan, is none other than Met'rover Services, Inc., a proud member of BCCI.
On April 1993, thirteen (13) retirees of Meralco from different offices established the Met'rover Services, Inc. Through their incessant effort they were able to make special arrangement with Meralco to be its client. Met'rover is the accredited meter reading data services contractor of Meralco for Valenzuela Branch Office in its first year of operation. On March 1994, Meralco also awarded its branches in Baliuag, Malolos, Balagtas and Sta. Maria to Met'rover to provide accurate meter reading services. These branches are Meralco's franchised areas covering the entire municipalities in Bulacan.
Met'rover is also an accredited Field Inspection Services Contractor of Meralco for almost three years now. They conduct field audit and investigation to all customer accounts with billing complaints and discrepancies within the contracted Meralco branches for immediate action and resolution of cases. Met'rover also provided meter reading services to Clark Electric Distribution Corporation (CEDC) from October 2017 to May 2018 and PELCO 2 in Reader Mabalacat, Pampanga from June to November 2019.
The company also owns three (3) buildings with commercial spaces for lease in Guiguinto and Baliuag, its subsidiary company, the Met'rover Leasing Corporation is in charge of the administration and management of these buildings.
For more than 28 years, Met'rover has been the reliable business partner of Meralco in delivering efficient, accurate and timely meter reading data services to all Meralco customers in Bulacan and Valenzuela. It also received citations for Best Meter Reading Contractor of Meralco. Its dedicated President, Mr. Rogelio G. Santos, served Meralco as Sr. Manager of Customer Group for 31 years. He was also a member of BCCI Board of Trustees from 2016-2019.
