Implementation of programs, holding of activities and rendering services for its members to promote trade and investments.

The Most Outstanding Chamber Award is meant to inspire Local Chamber of Commerce in the pursuit of its mission to be the premier voice of Philippine business and to provide services to the business community undertaking activities to promote commerce, trade and investment.
