The BCCI, once again, will be holding its much-awaited and biggest food fair in the province, the Bulacan Food Fair and Exposition (BUFFEX 2023), one of our landmark flagship projects and on its 11th year in conjunction with the annual provincial celebration of Bulacan’s Singkaban Festival. This will be held on September 4 – 8, 2023 at The Pavilion, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, Provincial Capitol Compound, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

This year’s theme is “BUFFEX 2023: FUSION OF FLAVORS: Reinventing Traditions. Merging Cultures. Creating Opportunities.” We will showcase not only Bulacan’s rich food heritage, industries, and products but also those of our sister provinces in Central Luzon. This event will open opportunities for trade and commerce, and provide a venue for exchanges of cultural and culinary treasures among these provinces. The one-week-long event features relevant activities such as cooking demos, lectures, contests for the young and old, and an awarding ceremony for outstanding Bulakenyo food entrepreneurs and enthusiasts.
