  • At least 6 months to 1 year call center experience
  • Computer savvy
  • Fluent in English
  • Can work under pressure
  • Willing to cross function
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • He/she must prove to be extremely reliable.
  • Must have excellent time management abilities.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Willing to work graveyard shift
  • Understanding medical terminology is an advantage
