April 2024 - The regionalization program is the decentralization of the PQA program, creating regional recognition for Levels 1 and 2 as a qualifying mechanism for national recognition and eventual PQA. For the region, we have four MSME nominees in this year’s regionalization program. DTI-3 conferred awards to the Central Luzon MSMEs that qualified for Level 1 of the 2023 Philippine Quality Awards Regionalization Program during the Central Luzon Creative and Competitiveness Summit last April 25, 2024, at Quest Plus Conference Center, Clark Freeport. The BCCI President, Ms. Corina Tengco-Bautista, and Vice President for Membership, Ms. Carmencita C. Uychoco represented the BCCI to show support to the said program.

April 2024 - The meeting of the BCCI’s Executive Committee was held last April 29, 2024, at the BCCI-NC Training Room, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, Provincial Capitol Compound, City of Malolos, Bulacan. The meeting’s main agenda was the preparation for the upcoming Most Outstanding Bulacan Businessmen (MOBB) 2024 Awards Night on May 24, 2024. The meeting was attended by eleven (11) trustees and the Secretariat.

May 2024 - The Bulacan Industry Development Council (BIDC) Meeting was held last May 3, 2024, at Mariano Ponce Hall, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan. The meeting’s agenda was regarding the Executive Order No. 29 s. 2023, or the Members and Functions of the BIDC, and the formulation of the BIDC Workplan 2024–2025. The BCCI sits as one of the members of the Council. BCCI President Corina Tengco- Bautista represented the organization.

April 2024 - The Provincial Tourism Council Meeting was held last April 30, 2024, at the Antonio S. Bautista Bulacan Provincial Capitol Compound, City of Malolos, Bulacan, at the Hiyas ng Bulacan Cultural Center, organized by the Provincial History, Arts, Culture, and Tourism Office (PHACTO)-Bulacan. Mr. Carlito M. Geronimo, the BCCI's Chairperson for Committee on Tourism attended the meeting to represent BCCI as one of the members of the Council.

May 2024 - One of the functions of the Provincial Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index-Technical Working Group (CMCI-TWG) is the provision of incentive measures or rewards to actively promote the participation of all LGUs in the CMCI, pursuant to Section 2 of Executive Order No. 2 s. 2023. Indeed, the LGU’s exemplary performance in last year’s CMCI has contributed to the position of the province as the 8th Most Competitive Province in the 2023 Philippine CMCI Ranking. Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro awarded the certificates of recognition to City of Baliwag Mayor Ferdinand V. Estrella for ranking first in the Top 10 Most Competitive LGU in the 2023 Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index – Provincial Ranking and 3rd Overall Most Competitive LGU held during the Monday Flag Ceremony last May 6, 2024, at The Pavilion, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan. President Corina Tengco- Bautista graced the invitation to represent the BCCI.
