May 2024 - The Department of Trade and Industry - Region 3, conducted the screening of nominations for the 2024 Presidential Awards for Outstanding MSMEs and Presidential Recognition for Outstanding Development Partners last May 10, 2024, at the DTI-3, DMGC, Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. President Corina Tengco-Bautista represented the BCCI as one of the panelists to screen/ evaluate the nominees of the aforementioned awards.

May 2024 - The City of Malolos Development Council (CMDC) conducted the 2nd Public Meeting last May 22, 2024, at the Penthouse, 4th Floor, DJ Paradise Hotel, Dakila, Lungsod ng Malolos, Bulacan. The meeting was attended by the BCCI Vice President for Membership, Ms. Carmencita C. Uychoco, to represent the BCCI.
The following are the agenda:
1. Resolution No. 04-2024 – A Resolution Authorizing the Update in the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) for 2020- 2025 of the City Government of Malolos;
2. Resolution No. 05-2024 – A Resolution Authorizing the Update in the Local Development Investment Program (LDIP) for 2023-2025 of the City of Malolos;
3. Resolution No. 06-2024 – A Resolution Authorizing another Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) for the Fiscal Year (FY) of the City Government of Malolos;
4. Resolution No. 07-2024 – A Resolution Approving the Annual Investment Program (AIP) and the allocation of the 20% Development Fund (DF) for FY 2025 of the City Government of Malolos.

May 2024 - As one of BCCI’s continuing efforts to provide its members and stakeholders with quality services, BCCI conducts regular entrepreneurial development programs to help them become knowledgeable and compliant with all the mandatory requirements in doing business. This also includes being responsible employers and compliant with the mandatory benefits entitled to their employees. With BCCI’s strong partnership with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig, and DOLE, the Seminar Update and Forum on SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig, and DOLE was held last May 10, 2024, via Zoom Platform. It was attended by sixty-three (63) individuals from thirty-eight (38) companie

May 2024 - The Department of Trade and Industry—Region 3 hosted Pustura: Central Luzon’s Fashion Show as part of DTI’s commitment and support for RA 11904 or also known as Philippine Creatives Industries Development Act (PCIDA), through the brand “Fiesta Haraya”. The event was held at the SM Pampanga Event Center, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, last May 23, 2024. BCCI President Corina Tengco-Bautista graced the event to show full support to the DTI.
