April 2024 - The launching of Invest Bulacan Plus and the ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between the Philippine Board of Investments and the Provincial Government of Bulacan were held last April 5, 2024, at Casie’s Restaurant, City of Malolos, Bulacan. It was attended by different stakeholders, partner agencies, and the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion Officers (LEDIPO). The program aimed to bolster and support the realization of an image for Bulacan as the ideal investment and business hub in the Philippines. It is part of the continuing campaign to accelerate the growth of investment and business in the province. Specifically, it is intended to Promote, Leverage, Upscale and Synergize development and investment promotion efforts of all stakeholders, both government and non-government sectors, towards sustainable and inclusive growth in the province.As the program partner, the BCCI gave a message of support through its president, Ms. Corina Tengco-Bautista.

April 2024 - The Department of Trade and Industry – Bulacan celebrated a new milestone on one of its flagship projects, the Shared Service Facility, or SSF. The cooperators across the province of Bulacan, which includes the BCCI for the business resource center, were able to witness and utilize the benefits of the SSF project for their target MSMEs. DTI Bulacan donated three Shared Service Facilities (SSF) to LGU Calumpit, Manatal Multipurpose Cooperative, and Islam Traders Halal Transaction MPC. The turnover ceremony was held last April 16, 2024, at the BCCI-NC Training Room, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, Provincial Capitol Compound, City of Malolos, Bulacan. On behalf of the BCCI, Chairman Ofelia Mangulabnan and President Corina Tengco-Bautista gave a message of support to DTI and to the beneficiaries of the project.

April 2024 - The Ateneo Graduate School of Business class, under the MBA in Health Program, in partnership with the Philippine College of Chest Physicians and in collaboration with the Bulacan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc., conducted an advocacy campaign for clean air. The BCCI’s Vice President for Advocacy, Dr. Jehan Echavez, was the head of the publicity committee for the said event. The BCCI President, Ms. Corina Tengco-Bautista, attended the event as one of the panelists.

April 2024 - The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office conducted a full council meeting last April 22, 2024, via Zoom. The meeting’s agenda included the proposed Bulacan Provincial Evaluation Evacuation Center and the required documents for compliance with the upcoming submissions for the 24th Gawad Kalasag pertaining to LDRRMCO and GEMS. The virtual meeting was attended by the BCCI Trustee, Mr. Aristotle A. Cruz to represent the BCCI.
